Terms of Service
The service
Right Now X provides wallpaper and theme creation tools, public libraries, personal storage and membership plans. Some features launch in phases; features that depend on external providers (AI generation, payments, email delivery) stay disabled until properly configured and are never simulated.
Accounts
One user (one email) may hold up to two personal accounts and one enterprise account. Internal IDs are immutable and independent of your email or username. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful content, don't probe other accounts or organizations, don't abuse quotas or messaging. We enforce rate limits, anti-spam rules and tenant isolation, and we act on reports.
Membership and renewal
Paid plans renew per the interval you choose; auto-renew carries a 10% discount that never stacks with other offers. You can cancel renewal anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices are tax-inclusive.
Liability
We work to keep the service reliable (monthly core availability target 99.9%) but provide it “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
