Refund Policy
Within 7 days
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase (inclusive). We deduct the days used — monthly plans pro-rate over 30 days, yearly over 365 — and return the rest via the original payment method. Amounts are computed in integer minor currency units with explicit rounding.
After 7 days
Refunds are generally not available after 7 days. Where mandatory local consumer rules say otherwise, open a support ticket and we review individually.
When benefits end
Benefits end when a full refund is confirmed — never earlier on request alone. Partial refunds follow the approved amount and effective time. Refunds never delete your data; over-quota items become read-only and follow the retention schedule.
